We are a consultancy specialising in psychological safety, communication training and coaching and conflict resolution, based in the South West of England, and operating worldwide.
Since 2005, we have made it our mission to find ways of bringing compassionate and authentic principles into the workplace, so that employees may experience connection of a different kind; one that cultivates a healthy working environment, stimulates high performance and unlocks true potential.
In this aim, we have developed multiple tools and programmes to help organisations embed these vital skills within their teams, their management and their culture.

Meet Our Team
Director
Communication has been a fascination to me since childhood, when my father and I used to speak to each other in Morse Code! Being able to make myself understood to another human being using words or symbols other than my native English felt intriguing a degree in Modern Language was the obvious choice of study.
After some exciting years spent working in International Marketing, I had a chance opportunity to get involved in the nascent field of Internal Communication in 1998, where I began to understand the importance that connection with others had in the workplace.
In 2005, I was introduced to the work of Marshall Rosenberg Nonviolent Communication. From that moment on, it became my purpose to spread Marshall’s word as far as possible – to change the way we speak – beginning in the workplace.
Today I am a Mediator, Trainer and Consultant, specialising in interpersonal communication techniques and very intrigued in the neuroscience behind how we communicate with each other.
• BA (Hons) Modern Languages (French/Spanish) and Diploma in Business Translation
• Compassionate/Mindful (Nonviolent) Communication Trainer since 2010
• Certified Workplace Mediator since 2013, registered with the Civil Mediation Council
• Certified Psychological Safety Facilitator with the Fearless Organisation since March 2021
• Trained as Samaritans Listening Volunteer – since Sept 2020
