Psychological Safety Overview

In a 5-year survey of 180 teams, Google discovered that it was the top factor in differentiating their highest performing teams. Research from Harvard, Microsoft, and Google show that introducing the principles into your organisation can result in:

Psychological Safety for Collaboration, Wellbeing and Performance

Psychological Safety for Conflict Resolution

When conflicts arise in teams and between individuals, it can often be linked to low levels of Psychological Safety – a fear of speaking up.
As certified Facilitators with Professor Amy Edmondson’s Fearless Organisation we use the PSI tool to measure the level of  safety within a team (of any type – board level, management teams, intact teams or project teams). We then facilitate team discussions that will highlight the best way forward to resolve differences, whether it be through mediation, team building, training, or action planning.
